Contractors, we know and understand how important it is to make your construction projects final work look great. There are 2 phases to The Clean Up Woman, LLC's final cleaning service:
- Wash all surfaces
- High dust removal from ceiling pipes, duct work, vents light fixtures, etc.
- Stain removal, scrubbing, dusting and vacuuming of all surfaces including trim work
- Full sanitizing of kitchens and restrooms
- Scrub floors and tiles, polish stainless steel, wipe walls and more
- Floor cleaning, waxing and buffing
- Windowsills and window frames
- Interior window and glass cleaned
- Hauling away construction debris
- Cabinets and woodwork wiped inside and out
- Appliances Cleaned
- Door Handles and Kick plates polished
- Baseboards wiped down or dusted
- Check windows/mirrors for smudges
- Stainless appliances re-polish
- Floors dusted and re-mop
- Carpet vacuum
- Kitchens and Restrooms cleaned
Note: The Final Touch Cleaning service will be provided upon completion of the punch list.
